H2O Training Ltd has provided first aid and surf lifesaving courses in Cornwall and Scotland for over 20 years. We offer regulated and nationally recognised qualifications to a wide range of organisations and individuals.
Steve Bowens
Steve Bowens is the director of the company. He delivers most of the training and leads a small, dedicated team of industry experts who conduct assessments and ensure quality assurance. With over 30 years of experience in outdoor activities and first aid training in the UK and abroad, Steve is passionate about watersports. He has competed internationally and taken on challenges such as rowing the Atlantic Ocean in 2012, sea kayaking around Scotland in 2018, and plans to wingfoil around Britain in 2024 with a friend.
Additionally, Steve has over 15 years of experience as a course manager, lecturer in Marine Sports Science and Surf Science, and trainer/assessor in various outdoor activities.

We have a small team of highly experienced and professional trainers who support with delivery and assessment of courses and qualifications. These include professional lifeguards, paramedics and teachers.

We have been delivering first aid training courses for schools, colleges, business, groups and individuals for over 20 years attaining an “Outstanding” grade at all external audits and teaching observations.
We are a small, highly qualified and experienced team of trainers deliver a wide range of qualifications to meet statutory, governing body and industry requirements.
