This is a very practical, hands on course which is suitable for anyone who requires a first aid certificate to achieve an outdoor qualification, e.g. British Cycling awards, Mountain Leader award etc. There is a mix of underpinning knowledge and scenario-based learning put into the context of outdoor activities such as kayaking, mountain biking, climbing and walking. The course meets the requirements of many of the awarding bodies and can be tailored to specific needs where necessary.
